How Are Bagasse Meat Trays Made? 

At Servous, we offer bagasse boxes for raw and cooked meat. Bagasse is a by-product of sugarcane processing and is the remaining fiber left once the juice from sugar cane has been extracted. 

This fiber is then molded into versatile meat trays through a high-pressure, high-heat process, which uses less energy compared to the pulping of wood for paper products. The result is an extremely durable and versatile meat tray that is eco-friendly and affordable.
